Sea Trout catch by Fishing Method

In 2023, 92% of the total annual reported catch, including released and retained fish, was accounted for by the rod fisheries. Both net and coble, and fixed engine fisheries, accounted for 4%. Of the retained catch, rods accounted for 52%, compared to 26% for fixed engine and 22% for net and coble.
