Summary
Particle tracking has been carried out for 4 seasons and different biological behaviour, representing 3 different organisms: sea lice, ISA virus and IPN virus. Multiple particles have been released at each of 86 FMAs and tracked for different durations, identifying when the particles remain in the original FMA or arrive at a new FMA. Connectivity indices have been calculated using different methods
