Preamble

This is the Scottish Social Housing Tender Price Index Quarterly Report for June 2024.  Prepared by the Building Cost Information Service (BCIS) for the Scottish Government More Homes Division.

The Scottish Social Housing Tender Price Index measures the movement in construction costs of social housing in Scotland. The index is based on analysing the construction costs in accepted tenders for affordable housing. The results are published and dated according to the last month of the calendar quarter represented.
