Data collection specification and example XML schema for the collection of licencing data for short-term lets.
Application details
This section gives the details for the fields related to the application details and describes each of the variables to be exported, their names, the acceptable responses, the values to be returned for those responses, and the automatic validation checks which will be performed by the ProcXed system when they are uploaded.
Date application received

Date that the application for licence was received by the licencing authority

Date that the application for licence was determined to be valid by the licencing authority

Description:
Date that the application for licence was determined.
Format
Date (YYYY-MM-DD)

Mandatory except when application is still being determined, in which case should be left blank
Must be after licence applications opened.
Must not be after the present day.

Description of the decision on the application for licence.
