The Single Building Assessment (SBA) Task and Finish Group was created to address the outstanding issues around the SBA process. This December 2023 report sets out outstanding issues, where resolution has been agreed, and recommendations for progress and next steps.

Next Steps

As per the objectives established within the terms of reference for the Group, this output and recommendations will be reported to the Developer Contract Negotiation Group at the Accord Sprint Meeting on 8^th December 2023. This output and recommendations will also be presented at the next Ministerial Roundtable.

Following both, the Cladding Remediation Programme will work with necessary colleagues across SG to further consider and address the recommendations.
