Errata

An errata was published on 07 October 2024 as a result of changes to all interim impact assessments published alongside the consultation. Where the interim impact assessments referred to ‘The Circular Economy (Scotland) Bill, passed in July 2024’, this has been updated to ‘The Circular Economy (Scotland) Bill, passed unanimously by the Scottish Parliament in June 2024’. The HTML and PDF versions of the interim impact assessments have been updated to reflect these changes.
