SME access to finance report: November 2009
This report draws on data from the Access to Finance Survey November 2009 to assess access to finance conditions for SMEs.
In July 2009, the Scottish Government published its first survey on Access to Finance for Small and Medium-Sized enterprises (SMEs) to assess credit conditions in Scotland at the height of the financial crisis. This report, published in February 2010, presents of the findings of the November 2009 update survey. It considers how credit conditions are perceived to have changed for SMEs in Scotland since the original survey.
