Since the Action Plan is not designed to be a policy update aimed at all business sectors, a full but light-touch EQIA process has been completed.

Extent/Level of EQIA required

Noting that the Action Plan coordinates and articulates existing policies, initiatives and mechanisms, it is assessed that the limited level of EQIA set out here is appropriate. This draws on pre-existing evidence in order to identify potential inequalities to be addressed.
