All information in regard to the SNP's funding for their Independence campaign and how much taxpayers contribute.This includes court proceedings (against the UK govt for another referendum vote), all TV advertising, posters, flyers, mail, and radio campaigns.

should explain that the Scottish Government and the Scottish National Party are wholly separate legal entities and under FOISA, the Scottish Government can only provide you with recorded information held by the Scottish Government. We do not hold any information about costs incurred by the Scottish National Party. This is a formal notice under Section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.
