Action: Minutes from April meeting agreed and will be published on the IRISR website.

The review progress so far

The Vice-Chair told the panel how work on drafting the report was going.

He and the Chair have spoken to many different people and organisations and met expert witnesses.

Expert witnesses are people who know a lot about social care.

This has given a lot of information that will support the Chair to give recommendations – what she thinks should happen.

There has also been a review of the main reports, and independent reviews.

The panel talked about how long work would take, and how the review report will be drafted and published.

Thoughts from the Chair

The Chair of the IRISR could not come to this meeting so this did not happen.
