Action: Minutes from March meeting agreed and will be published on the IRISR website.

Drafting the review report

The Chair told the panel how work on drafting the report was going.

There were no action points.

Looking at themes: Theme 5 - How will inspections and rules support the workforce?

A discussion took place about theme 5 with panel members sharing their experience and expertise.

The panel looked at ways for the workforce to be involved in inspection and rules.

This must be done in a supportive way and must make sure social care support services are always getting better.
