Approval of minutes from the last meeting

An action is what will happen.
Action: The panel agreed the minutes from the May meeting and they will be published on the IRISR website.
Review progress so far

The Chair told the Panel when the different stages of the review will happen.
The final report will go online in September.

The secretariat said that impact assessments are in draft format.
An impact assessment checks how plans and policies affect people.
Draft means it is not the final version.

The impact assessments will be changed after recommendations are accepted.
Recommendations are what the review thinks should happen.

The secretariat said an Island Impact Assessment has been completed.
This will check how plans will affect people living in Scotland’s island communities.
