Encouraging staff to disclose data

We know there are many reasons why applicants and staff members may not wish to provide their equality information. Whilst we should always ask for EDI data, it is not mandatory for individuals to provide it. However, given the importance of collecting this data, we should all make efforts to encourage staff members and job applicants to disclose this information.
