Reporting requirements

The Public Sector Equality Duty requires listed authorities to publish Equality Outcomes and Mainstreaming reports on a regular (2-4 year) cycle.

The Cross Justice Working Group on Race Data and Evidence has published key messages for justice organisations to help meet their equality duties including collecting the relevant data.
