Errata
An errata was published on 14th June 2018 at the following sections:
Page 2 – Replacement graphic.
Page 25 - Replacement table 7.1 (changed text in italics at top of table)
Page 26 – Replacement table 7.2 (changed text in italics at top of table)
Page 27 – Replacement table 7.3 (changed text in italics at top of table)
Page 28 – Change made to top box
Page 28 – Replacement table 8.1 and table footnote
Page 28 – Changed text ("1" to "5")
Page 29 - Replacement table 8.2 and table footnote
Page 44 – Changed text under ‘Calculations’ heading.
Page 45 – Additional paragraph under ‘Changes to data heading’
A second errata was published on Wednesday 5th December 2018 as a result of text changes within page 18, paragraph 5 and page 44, paragraph 10. Table 5.2 was also replaced.
The pdf and html have both been updated within the document to reflect these changes.
