Next Steps
This workshop formed part of the Scottish Government's public consultation on improving victims' experiences of the justice system, specifically on proposals for introducing a Victims' Commissioner for Scotland.
The consultation closed on 19 August 2022 and responses from both the consultation and this workshop engagement event will be used to inform policy development relating to the creation of a Victims' Commissioner for Scotland.
