Scottish Veterans Fund: impact report

Overview

The Scottish Veterans Fund grants in 2018-2019 enabled 1,400 opportunities to benefit veterans and their families. Projects followed a similar pattern to that of previous years, with the largest proportion of projects aimed at physical and mental health and wellbeing, although there has also been support for transition, accessing services and camaraderie. Recipients have shown evidence of significant collaboration and crossover, either by providing access to each other’s services, or referring their clients to each other where they don’t have the necessary expertise.
