1. The Scottish Crime and Justice Survey asks those experiencing psychological or physical abuse a number of questions which focus on the last time these things happened to respondents. In this set of questions, respondents are asked, ‘Were any of the children in your household present (e.g. in or about the house, or close by) at the last incident?’.
