1. What telephone system does the organisation use? We have a Mitel telephone system but are in the early stages of moving to Microsoft Teams Phone

2. How many users use the telephone system? We are licensed with Mitel for 11,448 users and 104 for Microsoft Teams Phone

3. Is the telephone system cloud based? Microsoft Teams Phone is cloud-based

4. When will the organisation next review their telephony contracts?

Mitel - Summer 2023 due to contract expiry in March 2024

Gamma (Telephony Connectivity) - This was awarded in October 2022 and will be reviewed in Spring 2025

Microsoft (Teams Phone) - Underway due to contract expiry in March 2023

5. Who is the main network provider the organisation uses for its mobile phones? Vodafone UK

6. How many employees have a mobile phone supplied by the organisation? We have 4786 mobile phone connections

7. What is the date that the organisation will next review its main mobile phone contract? We will review the contract in Spring 2023.

8. What Video Conferencing Solutions does the organisation use? Microsoft Teams is the corporate video conferencing platform.

9. Does the organisation run webinars or online events? Yes, our users can create and run webinars and online events through the Microsoft Teams platform.

10. Does the organisation provide "click To chat" functionality on its website? No, this functionality is not available on our website https://www.gov.scot
