3. Approximate date that the tender will be reissued towards the end of the current contract period.
4. How many bidders submitted responses?

Response

1/2. The Telephony and Communication Services arrangement is a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). As such, there is no invitation to tender or tender responses required or scoring tables broken down by question when establishing the DPS. Further information on the application process can be found on the dedicated webpage.

3. The period of the DPS is from 27 April 2022 until 28 March 2025. There is also an extension option for an additional 12 months and this will be reviewed nearer the time to determine if the option will be taken up. Accordingly, we are unable to confirm any relet dates at this time.

4. Currently, there are 41 suppliers on Lot 1 of the DPS and 14 suppliers on Lot 2. However, there is no limit to the number of suppliers on the DPS and suppliers can apply to join the DPS at any time while it is live. 5. The supplier list can be found on our website, as detailed above.

6. There is no ranking of suppliers on the DPS.
