Following a review of Transport Scotland’s Contract Register, I have been unable to source who the incumbent supplier and expiry date for any print contracts? Please could you advise:

  • Start Date
  • Expiry Date
  • Value
  • Extension Periods

Response

Transport Scotland has one contract for printing, multi-functional devices, printers or print management solutions. The Transport Scotland MFD and Print Services contract was procured through the Managed Print Solutions Framework which is a Scottish Government framework. Details of the call off are as follows:

  • Print Reference Number - TS/SPCD/CC/2019/04/01
  • Incumbent - Capital Document Solutions
  • Start Date - 28 October 2021
  • Expiry Date - 28 October 2023
  • Value - Estimated Value £140,000
  • Extension Periods - None
