Trauma-informed practice: toolkit
This trauma-informed practice toolkit (2021) has now been replaced by the Roadmap for Creating Trauma-Informed and Responsive Change: Guidance for Organisations, Systems and Workforces in Scotland (2023), supported by the National Trauma Transformation Program
Acknowledgements
We would like to thank all the dedicated people from case study areas for taking their time to contribute to this toolkit, explaining how and why their services are trauma responsive and the motivators and barriers to delivering these invaluable services.
We would also like to thank our expert panel for their contributions and Resilience Learning Partnership for their support in ensuring we could include people with lived experience throughout this project.
We have met some inspirational people over the two year journey of this project and we hope their experiences will prove useful to Scottish organisations wanting to start their journey to becoming trauma-informed.
