Overview

Framework 1: one-stop shop framework agreement for the provision of travel services, accommodation and conference venues booking

Framework 2: multi-lot framework agreement with three lots for domestic travel and accommodation, international travel and accommodation and conference venues booking

What is in scope

The travel services agreements provides organisations with the choice between a one-stop shop solution for travel services, or bespoke individual services. The agreement covers the provision of:

  • air travel (domestic and international)
  • rail travel (domestic and international)
  • ferry travel (domestic and international)
  • coach and bus travel
  • adhoc car hire
  • hotel accommodation (domestic and international)
  • bed and breakfast accommodation
  • serviced apartments
  • conference and meeting venues
  • associated travel services

What is out of scope

The agreement does not cover event management.

The agreement can be used by:

  • central government
  • fire
  • local authorities
  • police
  • universities and colleges
  • third sector
  • other public bodies
