UEFA European Championship Bill: BRIA
Business Regulatory Impact Assessment (BRIA) for the UEFA European Championship (Scotland) Act 2020 and associated secondary legislation.
Post-implementation review
The Act will be used for this specific event only and will be repealed on 31 December 2020. We will seek feedback from Glasgow City Council, other key partners, local businesses and others with an interest after the event on how the legislation worked in practice. This could help to inform development of any future legislation to support major events.
An Evaluation Framework has been developed for the broader event with input from the partners. The Act and regulations will be included in this.
