Constraints to Innovation

Broader innovators were asked how important various factors were in constraining their innovation activities.

Figure 10: For both Scotland and the UK, ‘Issues relating to COVID 19 pandemic’ and ‘Recent increases in energy prices’ were the two most important factors in constraining innovation activity for broader innovators.
