Application process

Where applicants have identified potential projects, they should initially discuss these with SG’s More Homes Division Ukraine Team prior to submitting an application. Please email Long-Term_Resettlement_Fund@gov.scot to request a meeting.

Where SG agrees that an application should be made, applicants will be invited to complete the application form and return the form to Long-Term_Resettlement_Fund@gov.scot

On receipt of a completed application, proposals will be subject to due diligence, including a prioritisation and eligibility check against the funding criteria, as well as a VFM assessment of works costs. 

Following appraisal, and subject to receipt of any additional information required, a recommendation will go to Ministers, and if the application is successful, an offer of grant will be issued by SG.

All successful applications will be required to use the Housing and Regeneration Programme System (HARP). On acceptance of any grant offer LAs/RSLs should create a HARP record and forward this to SG together with relevant supporting documentation (application form, grant offer etc.)
