Total numbers of visa applications, issued visas and arrivals
According to the latest DLUHC statistics up to 23 January 2024, Scotland has received a total number of 47,113 visa applications, following which, 39,632 visas were issued for those with a Scottish Sponsor (either Scottish Government or Individual).
As of 23 January 2024, a total number of 26,555 displaced people from Ukraine had arrived in the UK on a visa with a Scottish sponsor. The number of arrivals per 100,000 population by UK Nation are:
- 485 displaced people with a Sponsor in Scotland;
- 238 displaced people with a Sponsor in Wales;
- 189 displaced people with a Sponsor in England;
- 77 displaced people with a Sponsor in Northern Ireland.
