Structure of this report

This summary report has been structured to present a clear narrative of the changes seen within the WFWF during Year 2. It first provides an overview of the findings of the evaluation as a whole. Then it presents a summary of how CSPPs continued to use their allocations and engage with Scottish Government support. Next, for each of the four WFWF core components, it presents key findings related to the outcomes associated with these components and factors influencing any changes in these outcomes. Finally, additional findings related to the monitoring processes of CSPPs for the WFWF Programme are presented. The final part of this report concludes with a summary of the recommendations developed by IFF for Scottish Government and CSPPs.
