This report outlines the main findings of an evaluation of the Women in Agriculture Practical Training Fund 2021-2022 evaluation including analysis of a survey and in-depth interviews with women who received funding to undertake training in the agricultural sector. The report evaluates if the fund has helped increase personal development, provided additional skills for career progress and new opportunities for women in Scottish agriculture. The research was commissioned by Scottish Government and the findings and recommendations will inform policy makers as to the funds’ future development.
